Impact of School Gardens on Nutrition Education Among Limited-Income Communities

In this study third grade students at 99 Alabama schools with and without gardens on-site were randomized to receive either nutrition education or to a wait-list control group. Multi-level models were used to assess the effects of treatment and control with and without school gardens.
